PARTIES

Kids On Stage specializes in birthday and holiday parties, creative childcare and special events, all with the KOS quality & care. Please inquire below. We look forward to designing a memorable party for you.

KOS Provides

• Theme suggestions and support
• Teacher(s) based on the number of participants
• Engaging theater curriculum including theater games, choreography, music, and themed theater activities
• Music and speaker
• Miscellaneous costume filler pieces when available-  based on party theme
• Optional presentation or performance

Host Provides

• Two to three possible party dates and time options so we can confirm staff availability
• Preferred party length (1.25 hours, 1.5 hours, 1.75 hours, or 2 hours)
• Preferred party start time and full event schedule if different
• Party theme wish
• KOS is happy to help with suggestions based on age group and party goals.
• Party participant age range
• Party location
• Guest communication
• KOS is happy to assist with suggested wording.
• Parking information for teachers
• Final guest roster submitted at least 5 days before the party. The roster should includes; Child’s full name, Birthdate, Gender
• If possible: Parent name(s). Parent email address(es)

Any Party Needs including

• Set up and clean up
• Invitations
• Snacks
• Food
• Decorations
• Favors
• Any additional supplies needed
• Tables, chairs, and blankets if needed based on location

Location ideas

• Your Home: KOS comes to your location.
• At a Park: Host provides tables and chairs for children and guests. A tent is optional.
• At a Theater: Based on availability. Additional fee applies.
  Limited tables and chairs may be available. Party hosts must leave the space as it was found.

Parking: If the party is held at a theater, the host is responsible for coordinating parking with guests. KOS can offer suggestions.

Party Pricing

(Pricing is based on current 2026 rates and may change based on final participant count and location. KOS can help recommend the best option based on age group.)

Up to 10 Participants

• 1.25 hours – $475
• 1.5 hours – $550
• 1.75 hours – $600
• 2 hours – $675

11 to 16 Participants

• 1.25 hours – $550
• 1.5 hours – $675
• 1.75 hours – $725
• 2 hours – $845

Additional participants over 16

• $40 per participant

PARTICIPANT COMMITMENT
If fewer guests attend than the number originally confirmed, fees are not refundable. Staffing and preparation are based on the original participant count.

Any additional children beyond the agreed number will have a $40 fee per participant.

Optional THEATER LOCATION RENTAL – Based on Availability

• Pierson Hall at St. Augustine Community Room
  • Available based on scheduling. Please have an alternative location option.
  • 2 hour minimum: $350
  • Additional time after 2 hours: $125 per hour

ADDITIONAL COSTS

• Travel Fee. Applies to parties more than 15 miles round trip from KOS Headquarters in Santa Monica at Pico and 18th Street. Cost is based on the exact location and will be provided before booking.
• Gratuity. Tips are always appreciated but never required. Cash is very much appreciated and preferred.
• Optional Party Show Programs. Available as an additional purchase.

Party participants must provide full names in advance.

• Up to 10 participants: $80
• 11 to 16 participants: $125
• Additional participants: $8 each

PAYMENT POLICIES:
A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your requested date and time.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged with written approval at least 10 days before the party date.

Party Cancellation Policy

7 days or more before the event:

• Full refund or credit toward a future party, class, or camp.

5 days before the event

• Refund minus a nonrefundable $200 cancellation fee.

4 days or less before the event

• No refunds.
